Would you like to have a banner displayed?
* Maximum banner size is 10'L x 4'H. Double sided banners are preferred for better visibility in the hall. Banners must be delivered to a committee member no later than 1 week prior to the event. Banners will be returned to those in attendance of the event. If you cannot attend the event and would like your banner returned, please include a pre-paid shipping label when you deliver your banner and your banner will be returned at the conclusion of the event.

Payment: Payment of sponsorship, and any additional fees, are due in full. No partial payments are accepted. Acceptance: Mid American Offroad Expo reserves the right to accept or reject any sponsorship application. Cancellation: Due to the nature of a sponsorship, refunds cannot be given once promotional items have been prepared.
